Maurice worked in various global roles spreading across TV production, and the Army Psychological Operations, as an owner of a Brand Experience agency for more than a decade, a founder of various start-ups, or as a leader of marketing departments for several software companies, start-ups and as an M&A consultant.

Maurice is currently the CMO and CSO at Bendesk, a start-up in the segment of human resources in Germany, and is tasked with driving organizational growth while also creating the foundation for lasting success.

During his time in New York, NY, he wrote his first book ‘Roadmap to Marketing Success for start-ups, product launches or career changers’. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Liverpool, UK.
